The important thing is to protect your brain. Feeding your mind with sinful thoughts is a way of filling it with garbage that at some point will want to come out. Jesus also said, “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak” (Mark 14:38).

Finally, ask for help. Make a pact with other young Christians to hold each other into account in order to care for and protect each other. If possible, talk also to your father or mother (depending on your own gender), so they can help you. I’m sure you will be a little embarrassed to talk to others about this, but it’s worse to continue your own hidden struggle and allow yourself to be defeated.
